The S.A.L.T. program on Silver Dawn follows the same model as Silver Moon: S.A.L.T. Kitchen adjusting regionally, S.A.L.T. Bar, S.A.L.T. Lab cooking classes. In the Mediterranean, the program draws from Provençal, Ligurian, Sicilian, and Adriatic food traditions depending on the itinerary week, with sourcing from local markets in port.

The full dining program includes La Terrazza (Italian, no reservation), Atlantide (Mediterranean fine dining, reservation-required), Seishin (Japanese, reservation-required), and Silver Note (supper club, reservation-required). All included, no surcharges. Open bar throughout the ship, butler service in all suites, Wi-Fi, and excursions (one per port per person) are included in the fare.
