How we text you, and how to stop.
Vidalumi, LLC texts from (866) 696-4216, the same number you can call us on. We keep texts short, useful and about your cruise. You won’t find a “you won’t BELIEVE this deal” anywhere. This page explains what we send, how you sign up, and how to stop.
What we send
- Booking confirmations and updates about cruises you book with us
- Payment and check-in reminders
- Reminders about calls you’ve scheduled with your travel specialist
- Replies when you text us for help with a booking
We don’t send marketing texts. Your phone has enough going on.
How you sign up
Texts are optional. You can sign up with the unchecked box when you create an account, when you enter your contact details during a booking, or in your notification settings. If you text us first, we’ll reply with a message confirming you’re signed up. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We’ll happily book your cruise either way.
How often
It depends on your bookings: usually a few messages around each booking and before you sail. Think helpful cabin steward, not group chat that never sleeps.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Those are your carrier’s rates; we don’t charge for texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation and no more texts. No hard feelings, and no “are you sure?” Reply START to sign up again. You can also turn texts off in your notification settings or email info@vidalumi.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Quo, our phone provider, delivers our messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
