The ship's size means she's accessible from ports like Boston that can't accommodate the 4,000-guest ships, and her itinerary range — foliage seasons, Bermuda, Caribbean — reflects a genuine understanding of what her guest mix wants.

Dawn has Cagney's Steakhouse and Le Bistro as specialty restaurants, plus a complimentary sushi bar and the main dining rooms. The food program is consistent and solid; for travelers who have sailed Norwegian before, it's exactly what they expect.

Dawn's cabins reflect a ship built in 2002. Inside cabins are compact; balcony cabins provide a meaningful upgrade on the longer sailings.
