The Millennium-class ships (Millennium, Infinity, Summit, Constellation) entered service between 2000 and 2002 and established Celebrity''s visual identity before the Solstice-class evolved it. The defining feature was proportion: at 1,950 guests, these ships were large enough to support a full specialty dining program and a genuine entertainment program, but small enough to avoid the impersonality that later mega-ships struggled with. Constellation was the refinement of the class — the fourth ship absorbed what the first three had learned.

Constlelation received her refit in 2019, which means the ship''s aesthetic now aligns with current Celebrity standards while retaining the older ship''s scale advantages.
